    Actually, with that front handle sticking up and possibly a propeller underwater, wired to what looks like a battery harnessed to one of the planks, I’d say this is a makeshift hydroplane / swamp-cruiser.

    wow… that’s a keeper! i would put more flotations and put a beer cooler behind the chair and then mount the chair so that i can spin around
