Would kind of defeat the purpose of having a supporting crutch…. bristles and plastic wont do the job.
I think it’s just that they didn’t have a broom handle, so they’re using a crutch instead; I don’t think it’s meant for both purposes
If you look at the floor – I guarantee this is a theatre, and there should be nothing surprising about this. Management is just happy they didn’t use toothbrushes. Dont want to waste too many volunteer hours.
At least when they fall down they will clean off a nice spot to plant their face in.
Ian and James are correct. Our fight choreographer stole the broom handles to rehearse the fight scenes for a show, and the crutch just happened to have the right-sized end to fit.
